At Emma Mellor Handmade Rugs & Kilims, we want you to be completely satisfied with your unique piece; if it doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unused condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone within 14 days of receiving your rug to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully roll and wrap your rug in its original protective packaging or an equivalent waterproof material to ensure it remains clean and undamaged during transit.

• 3.
  Arrange Shipping

  Affix the return label to the exterior of the package and schedule a collection with our preferred courier or drop it off at an authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists have inspected the rug and confirmed its condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
